Способность складывать слова в интересные тексты дана любому человеку – это мое глубокое убеждение.
Этой весной я запустила новый проект из серии «Муза» – «Муза: приквел».
Что это такое?
Приквелом называют произведение, описывающее события, хронологически предшествующие изначальному. В этом случае точкой отсчета берем мой курс «Муза прилетела», который собирает группы уже несколько лет. Это курс-марафон, в котором мы изучаем инструменты работы с текстом в практических заданиях.
Но у многих людей есть сильные блоки на работу с текстом. Как будто и хочется что-то написать – аж руки чешутся – но неясно, что именно и с какой вообще стороны к процессу подступиться. Кто-то считает, что сложно выкраивать для этого время. Кто-то думает, что неспособен сказать ничего внятного. Кто-то боится, что его засмеют.
Сомнений и страхов – десятки!
При этом я искренне считаю, что «право писать» не надо заслуживать. У каждого из нас есть свой уникальный жизненный и профессиональный опыт, свои истории, свои мысли в голове – ими важно делиться с другими людьми! Умение писать складно – сродни умению говорить: важно его развивать, тем более сегодня – в эпоху онлайна.
Так назрела необходимость сделать курс, в котором будут не инструменты, а работа со страхами и сомнениями. Марафон, в котором участники смогут расписаться, почувствовать вкус этого процесса, отрастить в нем писательские крылья, ощутить поддержку и понять, в чем огни уже сильны как авторы.
Так родился марафон «Муза: приквел».
И в «Муза прилетела», и в «Приквеле» авторы должны выполнить по 6 творческих заданий – то есть написать тексты на заданную тему или в заданном формате.
Я внимательно вычитываю все тексты и даю каждому участнику обратную связь, такой развернутый комментарий. Вычитка работ «музовцев» – для меня отдельный ритуал. Я наливаю себе чашку свежезаваренного чая, выделяю себе час-другой времени, сажусь – и для меня начинается волшебство. В каждом тексте я всегда нахожу что-то, что вызывает у меня невероятное восхищение! Иногда словесная игра авторов так хороша, что у меня слезы на глаза наворачиваются от восторга.

Идти в армию не хотелось, и вдруг в одном из разговоров, мой знакомый сказал мне пророческие слова: «Ты знаешь, никто не готов к службе в армии, но она может стать хорошим трамплином в жизни».
Тогда я не поверил. Но прошло 2 года службы, и я впервые почувствовал…

В конце августа 2016г мы уехали из солнечной столицы Кубани в серую холодную столицу России. Да, именно такой Москва предстала передо мной неожиданно, ведь ранее короткие командировки в этот город сформировали совершенно иное представление о нем.
Целый год моё дерево жизни мучительно приживалось к новым условиям, прощупывало корнями почву, сдабриваемую опытными столичными психологами, коучами, новыми друзьями, новыми впечатлениями.
Настойчивость, жизнелюбие, постепенно возрождающаяся энергия укрепили мои корни – и дерево вновь расцвело!
Благодаря переезду в Москву, непосредственно накануне этого события, я решилась на открытие небольшого собственного бизнеса. По настоящее время центральный офис находится в Краснодаре, хотя географические границы наши значительно расширились. Я же контролирую работу московского подразделения.

Но все эти мои способности не дают мне покоя, когда я вижу, что вот конкретно здесь, в этом месте не красиво, не эстетично, не гармонично, а могло быть по-другому.

В завершение поделюсь еще одним важным наблюдением. Для некоторых авторов избранные задания становятся психотерапевтической практикой. Выискивая интересные истории или размышляя над темой, заданной для эссе, участники обращаются к ярким воспоминаниям своей жизни: иногда веселым, иногда болезненным. Описывая их письменным словом, человек перерабатывает эти переживания и как будто заново очищается. Некоторым приходят важные осознания – о себе самих, своей жизни, профессии, о своих жизненных «затыках»…
Поэтому – пишите! Нет занятия на свете лучше!
